The Certificate Programme in Rural Livelihoods (CPRL) addresses the capacity-building challenge for existing and aspiring tribal rural professionals who will work at sub-district level, delivered through NGOs, government institutions and elected Panchayati Raj representatives. Candidates come from ST, DNT and NT communities within BRLF’s mandated regions.
CPRL consists of 16 learning modules delivered in two parts: Part I builds conceptual understanding and functional IT/language skills at IIHMR University, Jaipur; Part II delivers core thematic modules at the field sites of 16 knowledge partners across 9 states, combining classroom learning with field practice.
